New Victory – U.S. Embassy in Georgia

In the world of SAORSA, the partnership with Batumi Medical Academy has become a prerequisite for a new victory. It is important that the result of cross-sectoral cooperation is an opportunity to develop human capital. Within the framework of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Support Sub-program of the grant competition announced by the US Embassy in Georgia, Batumi Medical Academy has won a grant "Promoting the Employment and Self-Employment Opportunities of Professional Students in the Adjara Region by Implementing a Professional Consulting and Career Development System". Within the framework of the project, SAORSA Executive Director, Lia Phutkaradze, will retrain the management of Batumi Medical Academy and invited professional teachers in the direction of professional consulting and career management competencies; will provide individual career consulting to 100 students of the Academy and develop a career services guide for the Academy.
