The main idea of founding SAORSA is to support people in achieving desired employment and enjoyable work at any stage of life. For SAORSA, it is important to be actively involved in making the right career decision and to fully provide career development services to people. That's how we created our own career development and career development program, which turned into an exclusive work and a significant project, which we implement together with the American corner of Batumi for IX-XI schoolchildren living in the Ajara region, with the financial support of the American Embassy.
50 students were selected within the project (30 students from mountainous Adjara and 20 students from Kobuleti, Khelvachauri municipalities). The project envisages a one-week training program (32 hours), individual career counseling, entrepreneurship week, internship program for successful students, cooperation with higher/professional institutes and various professional activities. The first stage of the project will be implemented in October-November-December 2018, and the second stage in the first quarter of 2019.
