SAORSA in People's Lives

"Professional orientation helped me to choose a profession - journalism or pedagogy. The career tests showed that journalism was more for me and I followed it to the end. I passed the national exams, I am studying in Tbilisi and soon I will start working in this profession" - Alumni of SAORSA 

SAORSA conducted an organization's impact assessment in target groups, that had been participated by beneficiaries that are using SAORSA's services and projects, such as: youth, entrepreneurs; employed and job-seeker women.

Quality education, care and love represent the fundamental values of SAORSA which help change the lives of individuals in a short period of time. The impact assessment showed the growth in personal, professional, career and social well-being among alumni who have participated in SAORSA's trainings and projects.

The Organizational Impact Assessment is created with the support of Counseling and Training Center, EU and Konrad Adenauer Foundation, in the framework of funded project “Civil Society Initiative: Sustainable, Open and Accountable Civil Society Community organizations for the development of Georgia".
