SAORSA Association launches Erasmus+ funded project in Poland

The SAORSA Association in Poland, together with Italian and Spanish partners, has launched the Erasmus+-funded transnational project GE.CO.

The main goals of the project are to improve the quality of life of people over 50 years old and help them to be more involved, active and informed in public life. Also, to contribute to strengthening the efforts of young people towards society and Europe. 

GE.CO intends to:

  • Creating local learning centers and inclusive hubs for intergenerational and multidisciplinary learning, using digital technologies and innovative learning methods
  • Implementing targeted functional and digital literacy programs for adults, increasing their resilience and adaptability
  • Developing intergenerational awareness and participation initiatives so that young people can share civic and political engagement opportunities with people aged 50+, and use digital platforms and social media for advocacy.
