On June 22, 2023, the employment and career development program, designed specifically for young girls and women who seek jobs in Adjara Region, ended successfully. During the closing ceremony, participants reflected on their journey of career growth. The primary objective of this program is to facilitate both personal and professional development, enhancing competencies for employment and self-employment. Furthermore, it aims to promote active and high-quality participation in the job market. Implemented across all municipalities of Adjara, this impactful project was organized by NGO Saorsa in collaboration with the American Center for International Labor Solidarity's representatives in Georgia.
